Entire Agreement:
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties and constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding of the parties with respect to its subject matter. Each party acknowledges that no representations, inducements, promises, or agreements, whether oral or written, have been made by any party or by anyone acting on behalf of any party that are not expressly set forth herein. No other agreement, statement, or promise not contained in this Agreement shall be valid or binding, except for any written agreement executed concurrently with or subsequent to the acceptance of this Agreement, which shall be valid between the parties thereto.
Standard Operating Provisions
§1. In the absence of the Instructor, Attendees shall report to the Team Leader assigned for the day.
§2. Attendees shall be personally liable for any loss of or damage to equipment or property.
§3. Attendees shall be personally liable for any accidents or damages, whether personal or material, that they may cause.
§4. Attendees are required to adhere to the disciplinary standards of the Academy.
§5. Attendees must observe protocol and maintain proper etiquette during all Academy-related activities.
§6. Attendees shall comply with all directives and instructions issued by the Instructor or Supervisor throughout the duration of the course.
§7. Attendees are strictly prohibited from entering restricted areas on the training premises, beyond the designated training zones.
§8. Attendees must wear their ID at all times.
§9. Attendees may carry assigned weapons only upon explicit instruction from the Instructor.
§10. Attendees are prohibited from carrying any object that may be construed as an offensive or defensive weapon outside the designated training area, unless specifically authorized by the Instructor.
§11. Any Attendee found to be engaged in or suspected of violating local or international law, the provisions of this SOP, weapon restrictions, or deemed a security risk; under the influence of drugs or intoxicants; dishonest or deceptive in word or deed; unsuitable for further training; failing to meet course requirements; or lacking sufficient English language proficiency shall be subject to immediate dismissal.
§12. An Attendee who becomes medically incapacitated due to training-related activities and is unable to continue participation, as certified in writing by an ISA-approved medical doctor, shall be entitled to a refund equivalent to 50% of the remaining value of the training course. All financial claims must be submitted within 30 days of departure; otherwise, they shall be deemed void.
§13. During the evaluation period, Attendees are permitted a maximum of two failed tests. A third failure shall result in immediate dismissal from the course.
§14. Attendees who do not successfully complete the entire course shall not receive any form of attendance verification, diploma, or certificate.
§15. Attendees dismissed under §11 or §13, or those who voluntarily withdraw from the course, shall not be entitled to any refund.
§16. All equipment provided by ISA Academy, as well as any materials produced or collected by the Attendee during training, shall remain the property of ISA Academy and must be returned upon termination of training.
§17. The enrollment fee is non-refundable. Submission of the registration form and payment of the enrollment fee constitutes a binding application and acceptance of these Terms without reservation.
§18. Registrations that remain unverified after 24 hours shall be automatically withdrawn.
§19. Attendees who cancel or reschedule their participation after payment of the enrollment fee may apply for an alternative training date once, within the same calendar year, without incurring an additional enrollment fee, provided the request is made no later than 14 days prior to the originally scheduled attendance date.
§20. Cancellations of attendance must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe shall result in termination of the Attendee’s account.
§21. The full course fee, excluding the enrollment fee, is due on the first day of training. Attendees who fail to remit the remaining balance prior to the start of training shall be denied access to ISA Academy and its resources until payment is received in full.
§22. Attendees opting for complimentary accommodations must pay a refundable “Reservation Deposit” at the time of booking to secure availability. Reservations must be made no later than 14 days prior to the course start date. The deposit shall be refunded upon completion of the course. Abandoned or unclaimed accommodations are non-refundable.
§23. Attendees are solely responsible for settling any personal expenses incurred with third parties during training. ISA Academy shall not be held liable for such expenses, and all outstanding balances must be settled prior to departure.
§24. ISA Academy shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay in training activities resulting from technical failures, theft, fire, natural disasters, civil unrest, war, labor disputes, lockouts, explosions, Acts of God, national emergencies, force majeure events, or governmental actions beyond the control of ISA Academy.
§25. ISA Academy welcomes applicants of all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, education, or national origin. Applicants must be of legal age, in good health, and possess adequate proficiency in English for speaking, reading, and communication.
§26. Due to international restrictions and/or sanctions, ISA Academy is currently unable to offer practical training to applicants holding passports from the following countries:

§27. Violation of this SOP may lead to verbal warning or dismissal of the Attendee at the sole discretion of the Instructor.
